Yesterday 26 Feb,2009, (thursday), I made two birthday cakes for Mariana and Lina (IT). Mariana wanted square chocolate moist cake with strawberry icing layer inside, pink frill at the edge and Princess edible image with her daughter's photo. Lina requested for giant numeric cake (No. 2), chocolate moist cake too with basket design at the edge for her son's on his 2nd birthday! I had to bake two cakes for her and cut the cakes manually to get the giant '2'. I did it!..finally....b'coz that was the 1st giant cake i ever made. I finished touched up the cakes around 3 am.
